I am a mom of 3 kids. Living in New York.
I have given credit for recipes where I could and if I did not know whose it is...I either put unknow or nothing at all. If you own one of them..Feel free to contact me.
I have collected Recipes since I was 13 years old. Many are on my computer and I did not know who posted it or where it was posted. But I do take lots of recipes and change them to make them my own.
I love to cook and love to experiment with New foods, recipes and Combinations.

I try to post Healthy recipes that are fat free, sugar free and the sodium is natural not addded.
